David, Office of Information Technology
“As an IT Business Analyst I help find ways to make work-life easier by recommending process improvements and technology solutions. The best part of my job is solving problems and helping others at work and in the community!”
Kim, Office of Human Services
“I work in different divisions in Human Services and had an essential role in the Middlesex County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Being a part of a program that helped hundreds of families in need is one of the greatest feelings in the world. But the best part of my job is being appreciated and valued by my managers and colleagues!”
Leeann Bodnar, Office of Emergency Management
“As part of the Hazmat Responder team, we provide 24/7 coverage for hazardous materials incidents within the county, and sometimes provide assistance to surrounding counties. I love what I do and being able to work with such a great team makes it enjoyable to come to work each day. I chose the public sector because I enjoy making a positive impact on the community.”
Mike, Bureau of the Fire Marshal
“As Fire Marshal, I am the Director of the Middlesex County Fire Academy, I oversee the daily operation of the Public Safety County Wide Radio System, the Middlesex County Urban Search and Rescue or (USAR) Team and am currently the Fire Official for 6 municipalities and the county itself. I have been part of a great team of responders. My proudest achievement was bringing well-trained responders together to make special task forces who can help out anyone, any town within the county for any emergency.”
